
We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Sales Administrator to join our team.
As a long-established family-run agricultural business, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our customers based around the UK and internationally. We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident using computers and wants to be part of a hardworking, friendly team.
The Role
- Speaking with customers over the telephone and providing excellent customer service.
- Processing sales orders and handling enquiries.
- Using a variety of computer systems to manage orders, dispatches and customer information.
- Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Helping ensure the smooth running of our warehouse.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small, friendly team.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
