Slow or Late Delivery
We use a variety of different couriers including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT and various pallet distribution services. Unfortunately there may be occasional times when they do not deliver in the times they have stated. We aim to keep our customers up to date with their order and items dispatched by a courier will have a tracking number. In addition, we regularly update our News page with information about any delivery issues our couriers may be encountering (such as bad weather).
VAT
VAT is charged on all items and shipping costs. A VAT invoice will be provided with your order. Our VAT number is: GB748877560.
Returning an Item
Damaged by Courier
If you receive an item that is damaged by the courier please do not sign for the item and report the damage to the driver. Please send us an image of the damaged parcel and we will take up the matter with the courier. You will be provided with a replacement item or a refund.
Faulty Item
If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send your order number and details of the issue to angela@royperfect.com. We may also need images of the fault.
Returning an Item
If you decide to return an item that is not faulty, please contact us at angela@royperfect.com within 14 days of the item having arrived with you. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We do not refund any shipping costs for returning an item. We would strongly advise using a tracked courier service to return the item to us. We do not accept returns outside the timescale quoted.
Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to ensure that the stock levels shown on our website are accurate. Unfortunately, there may be occasions when an item is showing as being in stock when we do not currently have stock. In this instance you will have the option to either have your money for that item refunded or have the item dispatched once it arrives back in stock. This will usually take around one week. We will contact you as soon as possible, via email, if an item is out of stock.
Order Cancellation
We take online security very seriously. If an order has been flagged by our security system as being potentially fraudulent we will contact you for more information or cancel the order.
