Delivery

Order before 1 pm, on a working day, for same day dispatch. 

UK Delivery

Free UK delivery on all items. 

Small orders, weighing under 2 kg, will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 1-3 days. 

Larger orders, weighing over 2 kg or with a high value, will be dispatched with one of our couriers (Parcel Force or TNT) and should arrive within 1-3 days. A tracking number is available for these orders. 

Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday), we do not dispatch any orders on a weekend or Bank Holiday. 

Europe Delivery

International delivery is available for smaller items to European countries. The message: 'UK DELIVERY ONLY' is shown in the text on items we are currently unable to dispatch internationally.  

International delivery charges are calculated based on weight and will be shown at the checkout.

International orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Standard and can take between 5-10 working days to arrive.

Please contact us on stores@royperfect.com if you would like us to quote a delivery price for a larger item. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please email angela@royperfect.com within 14 days of receiving your item. In your email please provide your name and order number. The item must then be returned to our stores within 14 days.

Our return address is: Roy Perfect LTD, Holmelands, Thiefside, Calthwaite, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 9RN.

All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in the un-opened, original packaging. 

We do not refund any of the cost of returning the item to our stores. We would strongly advise using a tracked courier service to return the item. Once the item has arrived back at our stores and is in a re-saleable condition a refund will be issued. 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty please contact angela@royperfect.com as soon as possible. In your email please provide your name, order number, reasons for believing your item is faulty and any pictures of the fault. We will then contact you to discuss the matter.
